Problem with encrypted mail on Traveler 8.5.1.1

I think you should take a look at your .xml config file. The server is complaining on the syntax here (system Parsing of the configuration data failed.) Maybe copy the default over try to start it up on that, then add one parameter at a time until you know what caused the error.
